Central Community Health Centre (CCHC) is a not-for-profit organization whose purpose is the delivery of primary healthcare to members of the communities of St. Thomas, Southwold, and Central Elgin, with an emphasis on those people experiencing barriers to care. CCHC's services will complement existing healthcare in these communities, and will initially include primary healthcare, health promotion and illness prevention.
